Tejeda roughed up

The Royals were leading the Tigers 4-2 Monday in the top of the 6th inning with no outs and 2 men on base when they went to Robinson Tejeda for relief. Robinson faced 4 hitters, allowing 3 hits, and each of those runners scored. He did pick up 1 strike out but suffered the blown save and the loss in Detroit's 8-4 win over KC.

In Houston, 2-time defending Cy Young winner Tim Lincicum and the Giants defeated Roy Oswalt 5-2. Michael Bourn was 1 for 4 in the game.

In another note, the Blue Jays have assigned Kyle Drabek to AA-New Hampshire in the Eastern League.

The Clearwater roster has also been released, consisting on mainly former BlueClaws. You can see the list on their website, although I was surprised to see Steve Susdorf there after he played most of the second half of 2009 with Reading.
