In a game where Phillies' starter
Chan Ho Park could only record 4 outs, the Phillies bullpen came to the rescue Sunday. Five relievers split the final 7.1 innings and
Sergio Escalona got the right one. With the Phillies trailing 6-5 going to the bottom of the 7th inning, Sergio got the call to come in. His first major league inning was a scoreless one, yielding only 1 hit. When the Phillies rallied for 3 in the top of the 8th, Sergio picked up the win!! The win completed a 4-game sweep of the Nationals over the weekend.
