Worley optioned to AAA

Wednesday in Atlanta, Vance Worley was rocked for 8 runs on 10 hits and 2 walks in just 3.2 innings of work, as the Braves pounded the Twins, 8-3.  Worley (1-5, 7.21) was optioned to AAA-Rochester after the game, not surprising considering he has had just 3 quality starts out of 10 since a good spring training had him named opening day starter.  Hopefully, he can work out the problems and get back to the majors soon........In New York, the Reds scored 3 runs in the 9th inning to take a 7-4 game from the Mets and make a winner of Alfredo Simon.  Simon threw a scoreless 8th inning and was awarded his 4th win of the season when the Cincinnati bats scored the winning runs.......In Toronto, Jose Bautista hit a game tying home run in the bottom of the 9th, and then singled home the winning run in the 10th as the Jays topped Tampa, 4-3.  Anthony Gose had a double and scored a run for the Jays.......In Cleveland, Michael Bourn (.308) had an RBI hit and stole his 7th base, but the Indians fell to the Tigers, 11-7.........In Miami, the Phillies beat the Marlins, 3-0, behind the 3-hit complete game effort from Cliff Lee.  Ryan Howard (.263) had 2 hits, and Domonic Brown had an RBI triple and scored a run, and Freddy Galvis added an RBI hit in the 6th inning to give Lee some breathing room.
