I just heard from Zack, he is in camp with the Nationals, as healthy as he has been in 5 years, and getting his velocity back. (Zack on the left, Edgar Garcia on the right) Undecided whether he will be at AA Harrisburg or AAA Syracuse, but he is working exclusively out of the bullpen and enjoying it.
His daughter, Bella, is 15 months old now and his wife, Deanna is due in September. Needless to say, he is hoping for a boy!!
