Now that his 6-game suspension is complete, the Indians have placed Carlos Carrasco on the DL with inflammation in his pitching elbow. This could explain why he has been a little shaky lately. The Indians have recalled David Huff from AAA Columbus to make the start on Sunday, and probably 2 more while Carlos is sidelined.
