Jarred Cosart (6-3, 2.76) has been scratched for Clearwater today, the report says he has a blister. Joe Esposito (2-1, 1.91 in 16 relief appearances) will make the emergency start, his first of the season, this afternoon against Dunedin.
The Threshers are 36-20, and have made up 3 games in 3 days to pull to within 4 games of first place Daytona. There are 11 games left in the first half, including the big 3-game showdown in Daytona next Saturday, Sunday and Monday.
