The Phillies have moved
Tyson Brummett back to Reading after leaving him in Lehigh Valley for about 24 hours. He swaps this time with
Brian Gordon. Also
Jeremy Slayden has been activated on the Reading roster, and
Kyle Lafrenz has been placed on the DL in Clearwater.
