Matt Maloney got the assignment in the first game of a double header for Louisville Monday night and took a no-hitter into the seventh and final inning. After striking out Brandon Jones to open the 7th, Maloney's date with history was postponed by Barbaro Canizares, who hit a hanging change up right up the middle for a clean single. After a bloop single by Joe Bourchard, Maloney settled down and recorded a 2-hit complete game shut out as the Bats won the game 7-0. Maloney is now 4-2, 5.23 on the season. In the last 2 starts, he has given up just 2 runs in 14 innings.
