Pigs win!!

The Lehigh Valley IronPigs won a game last night, no matter how hard they tried to blow it. Wasting a brilliant performance from ace J.A. Happ, the Pigs took a 3-1 lead into the 9th inning, only to have Matt Childers give up the tying runs and flush away what would have been Happ's first win of the season. J.A. has really deserved better than his 0-4 start. Last night, he struck out 13 in 7 innings and lowered his ERA to 2.72. Jason Jaramillo belted his 3rd home run of the year. J.J. is hitting just .191 this year, and continues the struggle. The IronPigs won the game, 4-3, on a 10th inning walk off home run by Jon Knott, who is hitting .407 in 7 games since joining Lehigh Valley after being released by Minnesota.
