After a scare last week, Cole Hamels made a start in a minor league game on Tuesday, going 3.2 innings, and throwing 48 pitches, 35 for strikes, and said he felt good afterward. The plan is to stretch him out to 70 pitches Sunday in Florida, then 90 against Tampa in "on deck series" in Philadelphia. That would put him on schedule (barring any setbacks) for April 10 in Colorado for his first regular season start.
