Bastardo Promoted

Antonio Bastardo has been promoted to Reading.. The R-Phils also announced the Fabio Castro and Josh Outman are being moved out of the rotation to the bullpen. They are being replaced by Bastardo and Zack Segovia. Also, Carlos Monasterios put on Clearwater's disabled list. I am running to the game. Much posting tomorrow!!
