Kendrick wins 4th

The Phillies won their 3rd straight game on Tuesday, 7-4 over Colorado as Kyle Kendrick won his 4th game of the season. (The Phils have scored 42 runs in the last 3 days) Kendrick went 7.1 innings, allowing just 2 runs on 7 hits and 1 walk, striking out 5 to improve to 4-3, 4.84 on the year. Ryan Howard (.209 and climbing) was 1 for 3 and a walk, and picked up RBI #38. Taylor Buchholz pitched a 1-2-3 inning in the 8th, to lower his ERA to 1.23 on the season. Buchholz pitched 3 scoreless innings Friday night against New York to pick up his second win of the season.
