A move up to AA Reading did not slow down Antonio Bastardo, as the lefty from the DR continues to impress Phillies personnel by just winning and winning. Last night in Harrisburg, against the league leading Senators, Bastardo took the hill and went 5.2 innings, allowing just 1 run on 5 hits and 2 walks, striking out 2 before running out of gas in thr R-Phils 6-3 win. Javon Moran (2 singles, double, run scored, 2 RBI) and Lou Marson ( 3 singles, 2 RBI, .329) led the 14 hit attack for Reading. Greg Golson chipped in with 2 hits, and stole his 10th base in 13 attempts and is now hitting .307. Jeremy Slayden also contributed with 3 walks. R.J. Swindel pitched a scoreless 8th ( his 5th "hold", 0.61 ERA), and Pat Overholt closed the door with a scoreless 9th to record his 7th save.
