On my way out to the game, I noticed that R.J.Swindel was promoted from Reading to Lehigh Valley, with Jason Anderson going the other way.
Swindel was in 11 games for Reading, a total of 16.2 innings of work, only 1 run, on just 8 hits, 1 walk, 16 strike outs, 0.54 ERA. He pitched in 20 games for the BlueClaws last season, posting a 2-1 record with 10 saves, and an 0.93 ERA. The IronPigs are 4-28 and in need of all the help they can get.
