International League wins, 6-5

The International League won the annual AAA All-Star game Wednesday night in Portland, edging out the Pacific Coast League team 6-5. Andrew Carpenter struck out all 3 hitters he faced (one of which was Randy Ruiz) and was awarded the win. Ruiz was 0 for 2 before being replaced. IronPigs Andy Tracy and Mike Cervenak were a combined 0 for 5. R.J. Swindel threw a scoreless 7th inning for the PCL side, allowing just 1 hit, and striking out 1 hitter.
