Andrew Baldwin's tough season continues last night in Tacoma, as the Portland Beavers topped the Rainiers, 7-1. Baldwin went 6 inning, allowing 5 runs on 8 hits and 1 walk, to fall to 5-7, 4.93 for the year.
In Reno, Kevin Howard (.286) had a walk, 2 doubles and his 6th home run of the season, scoring 3 runs and driving in 3 to help Las Vegas to a 12-9 win over the Aces. Chris Roberson had 2 doubles, and 2 RBI for Reno, lifting his average to .302.
