Hamels close to deal

Reports out of Philadelphia late Tuesday night are that Cole Hamels is close to signing a 6-year extension worth in the neighborhood of $137 million.  Congratulations to Cole on the payday of a lifetime, and the Phillies for getting to job done, signing their youngest superstar to stay with the team!
