Rosie to the rotation looking good

In Clearwater Tuesday, Adam Morgan struck out 13 Blue Jays over 7 solid inning (1 run, 4 hits) to lead the Threshers to a 3-1 win over Dunedin.  Rehabbing Brian Schneider had the big hit, a 2-run double in the Threshers' 3-run rally in the 6th inning.  Colton Murray (2nd hold) and Mike Nessteth (4th save) finished it off with an inning each.

In Allentown, BJ Rosenberg (3-2, 1.68) struck out 9 and walked only 1, and allowed just 2 hits as the IronPigs topped Norfolk, 4-1. BJ threw 90 pitches and it looks like moving him into the rotation is starting to pay dividends.

In Reading, the R-Phils got just 6 hits, 2 of them by D'Arby Myers (.241 since promotion), and Sebastian Valle hit his 13th home run of the year, as Reading dropped a 6-2 decision to Altoona.  Mario Hollands suffered the loss allowing 3 runs on 5 hits and 4 walks over 6.2 innings.

In Hagerstown, the Suns made it 2 in a row over Lakewood with a 6-2 win.  A key error by Stephen Malcolm opened the door for 3 unearned runs and that was enough to bury Ethan Stewart (4-9) , who also struggled with control issues as a result of these blister problems on his pitching hand.  Aaron Altherr had the only 2-hit game for the Claws, who now trail the Suns by 2 games.

In Midland, Matt Rizzotti (.294) hit his 2nd home run for the Rock Hounds (and his 4th this year), and Midland beat Frisco, 10-4.
