Ryno is coming......

In Allentown, the Rochester Red Wings scored a run off BJ Rosenberg in the top of the 9th inning to take a 4-3 win from the IronPigs. Rosenberg had come into the game in 6th inning with the bases loaded and 1 out and stranded all 3 runners.  Then he threw up 2 more zeroes before allowing 2 doubles in the 9th.  It was the first loss of the year for BJ, who still has a very good 1.67 ERA for the Pigs.   Tuffy Gosewisch had 2 hits and scored a run for Lehigh Valley.

In Reading, Julio Rodriguez improved to 5-1 on the year, as the R-Phils topped Richmond, 7-4.  J-Rod went 6 innings, and gave up 4 runs on just 4 hits and 4 walks, striking out 5.  Lisalberto Bonilla followed with 2 scoreless innings, and Leandro Castro knocked in a pair of runs with a double.

In case you have not heard, Ryan Howard will make a rehab appearance in Lakewood tonight as the BlueClaws look for a split against West Virginia.
