Floyd, Bourn sparlking

In Chicago on Sunday, Gavin Floyd threw no-hit ball into the 7th inning as the White Sox beat Boston, 4-1.  Floyd (2-3, 3.13) went 6.2 innings and allowed just 1 run on 3 hits.  That is 2 consecutive excellent starts for Gavin, who walked only 1 and struck out 9........In Philadelphia, Kyle Kendrick was not so fortunate.  Although he pitched much better in his 2nd start in place of injured Cliff Lee, Kendrick (0-2)  was the losing pitcher in a 5-1 Cubs win.  Kyle went 6 innings, allowing 3 runs (2 earned) on just 5 hits and 1 walk while striking out 7. Freddy Galvis went 0 for 3, slipping to .194 on the year.......In Miami, the Diamondbacks defeated the Marlins, 8-4.  Mike Zagurski came on in the 9th inning for Arizona and gave up 3 hits, including a 3-run homer to Giancarlo Stanton, and managed to record just 1 out. Yikes!...............Red hot Michael Bourn had 3 hits and a walk, and scored a run for the Braves in their 4-3 win over the Pirates.  Bourn is hitting .344, and has hit safely in 10 of 11 and  14 of his last 16 games.  He is 21 for his last 44-that's .477!!
