Galvis, Ruiz lead Phillies to win

The Phillies offense exploded for 5 runs in the 3rd inning Wednesday night, one of the big blows was another 2-run, 2-out double for Freddy Galvis. Although he has managed just 2 hits so far, they have both been clutch, and has driven in 4 runs in the last 2 games. Carlos Ruiz had 2 more hits, including a home run, and is hitting .462 for the first 5 games. Ruiz has been a slow starter in the past, getting hotter with the weather, but has come out firing in 2012! Mike Stutes threw a 1-2-3 9th inning in the 7-1 win over the Marlins.

Michael Bourn continued his early slump, 0 for 5 again in Atlanta's 6-3 win in Houston. Mike is hitting a mere .125 in the first 6 games for the Braves.
