Bastardo wins again

Antonio Bastardo made it 2 wins in 2 starts with a 5 inning stint against the Dodgers Sunday night. Antonio gave up 2 runs on 7 hits, just 1 walk, and struck out 4 in the Phillies 7-2 win. Carlos Ruiz had 2 more hits, including his 3rd home run of the season, drove in 3 runs and raised his average to a season high of .309. Ryan Howard added his 17th dinger of the year, a solo shot in the 8th inning to cap off the last inning scoring spree for the Phillies.

In Pittsburgh, Jason Jaramillo (.277) had an RBI double, walked, and scored a run to help the Pirates top the Astros, 6-4. Michael Bourn (.298) had 2 hits and a walk in for Houston.
