Kyle Drabek's impressive comeback continued Tuesday night in Reading, although he struggled a little with his control. Kyle walked 5 hitters, allowing 2 runs on 7 hits over 5 innings, but still managed to pick up the win, his 2nd in 2 starts for the R-Phils. Alex Concepcion notched the next 5 outs, 3 by Ks, Mike Zagurski recorded 4 outs (1 run, 2 hits), and Jason Anderson picked up his 3rd save.
Neil Sellers belted a 3-run home run in the bottom of the 1st inning to give Reading the early lead, which they rode to a 5-3 win. Mike Spidale (.309) had 3 hits, and Quintin Berry had a single and a walk and stole 2 more bases (#17 & 18).
Reading improved to 33-23, and trails first place Akron by 3.5 games.
