Finally...........

It has taken 11 starts, but thankfully the wait is over as Carlos Carrasco has broken into the win column. Carlos won the first game of the doubleheader Thursday night in Indianapolis, defeating the Indians 3-2. He gave up just 3 hits and 2 walks, striking out 5 to record the elusive win. Jason Donald returned to the line-up, after sitting out for a week with a sore hamstring, banging out a an RBI double and scoring a run for Lehigh Valley.

The IronPigs lost the nightcap, 1-0, despite shut out pitching from Rodrigo Lopez (5 innings, 2 hits, 1 walk, 5 Ks) and Sergio Escalona (2 innings, 1 hit, 1 K).
