Here are a few tidbits left over from Monday's action-
After not winning a game in April or May, Carlos Carrasco won his 2nd decision in June, defeated the Bulls in Durham Monday night, 8-3. Carlos threw 6.1 innings, charged with 4 runs on 6 hits and 1 walk, striking out 5, to improve his mark to 2-7, with a 5.57 ERA.
In Oklahoma City, Greg Golson was 1 for 3 with a walk, scoring a run and driving in another, in the RedHawks 5-1 win over Iowa. In Reno, Randy Ruiz had a single and a double and drove in his 55th run of the year, but Reno beat Las Vegas, 5-3. Chris Roberson had a double for Reno, and Bobby Korecky threw a 1-2-3 9th inning, to record his 8th save.
