The Harrisburg Senators beat Reading 8-7 on Sunday, despite another good game from Mike Taylor. Mike had 3 more hits, including another home run (#12), and Jeremy Slayden pounded out 4 more hits, including a home run, and scored 3 times for Reading. "Slay" is 11 for 24 (.458) with 10 RBI in 9 games since joining Reading. Hindsight is 20/20, but maybe he should be playing at Lehigh Valley? Ya think?
Reading is now 39-29 on the season, tied for 2nd place, 7 games behind Akron.
